HERO THUNDERBOLT ALUMINIUM FORK 20MM

The HERO Thunderbolt fork with its clean lines and machined and welded aesthetic exudes solidity and is perfect for competition and those who don't want a Carbon fork!

The steerer tube with its one-piece integrated fork bushing starts with a solid aluminum bar that is 100% milled.
The arms are custom extruded and bent, thin-walled, large diameter tubing for added strength while saving weight. The joints are laser cut, meaning this entire fork is essentially machined with virtually no gaps between welded elements.
The dramatic angle removal interface is also cutting edge for larger weld area and greater strength. The result will be a ride as stiff as any carbon fork while providing a smoother feel on the tracks.
